Do you work with companies outside Egypt?
Yes. We work remote from Cairo on EET, which overlaps the whole working day in the Gulf and most of it in Europe. Our founder has worked with companies in Latvia, the USA, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and the studio's current client is in Riyadh.
Do we own the code?
Yes. The repository is handed to you, with a written handover covering deployment, accounts and day-to-day operation. You can host it yourself or have your own team extend it.
Can you work with our existing system?
Usually, yes. Most of our founder's work has been inside codebases somebody else started: new features, payment paths, reliability work and integrations. Send us what exists and we will tell you honestly whether to extend it or replace it.
What should I put in the first message?
What is not working today, who it affects, and the date you are working towards. A screenshot of the spreadsheet or the report you build by hand tells us more than a page of description.
