Who it is for
For teams where a recurring sweep depends on somebody remembering to do it: errors, tickets, reviews, invoices, inboxes. Good for sorting, flagging and summarizing, with a person still making the decision.
What you get
- One workflow picked, with a written definition of what good output looks like
- A scheduled agent with read access to your real systems
- Thresholds calibrated against your own history, so it stays quiet when nothing is wrong
- Output filed where the team already works: Slack, a task list, an inbox
- Severity attached, so the important thing is not the tenth line
- A kill switch and a log, so you can see what it did and why
How long
One to two weeks for a first automation, once we agree what good output looks like.. We build phase one and put your real data in it. You see the working system every week, not a slide about it. Feedback in week two is cheap; feedback after launch is not.
Questions
Will it make decisions on its own?
No. We build automation that sorts, flags and drafts; a person still approves. The production triage pipeline we built files ranked tasks for engineers to accept, it does not change code by itself.
What about our data?
We agree up front what the model may read and what it may never see, keep credentials scoped to that, and keep a log of every run.
Is this the same as adding a chatbot?
No. This is AI-driven automation of work your team already does on a schedule. If you want a customer-facing assistant, say so and we will scope that separately.
