How long
First release in about four weeks, then phases of two to four weeks.. We build phase one and put your real data in it. You see the working system every week, not a slide about it. Feedback in week two is cheap; feedback after launch is not.
Questions
Will my team use it?
They use it if it matches how they already work. We model the real workflow with the people doing the job, import their history so the system is not empty, and keep the data entry shorter than the spreadsheet it replaces.
What about the data we already have?
It comes with you. We import the existing Excel or CSV files during phase one, including the messy older ones, and you keep exports so nothing is locked in.
Who can see what?
You decide per role. On the Delta Solutions panel, admins run everything, employees only touch their own projects, and clients see published reports and nothing else.
