Products we have built for · and how we work

Most software work stops at a demo. We hand over systems people log into on a Monday morning and use for the rest of the week. Our founder trained as a civil engineer before he wrote software, and that training stayed: you build things that have to hold up. So we work out the real workflow first, ship something working in weeks, then add the rest in phases. Every project ends with a repository you own and a written handover.

What we build

Six things, done properly

Each one is a fixed-scope engagement with a first release in weeks, not a retainer that drifts.

01

Internal tools and admin panels

We replace the spreadsheet your operation actually runs on with a panel your team logs into: roles, validation, photo evidence, an audit trail, exports, and your old files imported.

Explore

First release in about four weeks, then phases of two to four weeks.

  • Roles for admins, staff and read-only clients
  • Your spreadsheets imported on day one
  • English and Arabic, right to left
02

Web apps and websites

Company sites, customer portals and the web apps behind them. Built to load fast on a phone, to work in English and Arabic, and to be handed to your team with the code.

Explore

A site in one to two weeks. A web app follows the usual shape: first release in about four weeks, then phases.

  • Marketing sites, portals, funnels
  • Laravel with Vue, React or Livewire
  • Measured, so you can see what works
03

iOS apps

Native SwiftUI apps for the field or the App Store, with in-app purchases, offline use and releases that run from a pipeline instead of one person's laptop.

Explore

First build in your hands in about four weeks, then phases. App Store review adds its own time.

  • SwiftUI, camera, offline, sync
  • In-app purchases verified on the server
  • Automated App Store releases
04

Payments and subscriptions

Taking money is the part that fails quietly. We build subscriptions, in-app purchases, Apple Pay and gift codes, and tie access to billing so it switches on and off by itself.

Explore

Two to three weeks for one rail, usually inside a larger build that has its first release in about four weeks.

  • Braintree, Apple in-app purchases, Apple Pay
  • Receipts, cancellations, refunds, gift codes
  • Failure paths classified and tested
05

AI and ops automation

A model on a schedule, reading your real systems and reporting where your team already works. Thresholds tuned on your own history, and a person still decides what happens next.

Explore

One to two weeks for a first automation, once we agree what good output looks like.

  • Scheduled agents over your own tools
  • Categorizing, flagging and summarizing
  • Output filed into Slack or your inbox
06

Reports and documents

The monthly pack someone assembles by hand, generated instead. Calculation rules written down once and tested, documents in English and Arabic, produced in the background on one click.

Explore

Two to four weeks, or inside an internal tool with its first release in about four weeks.

  • Word and PDF from your own templates
  • Bilingual covers and right-to-left layout
  • A month-close view so nothing ships half done

How we work

Five steps, no surprises

The same sequence on every project, whether it is a marketing site or a system your operation depends on.

  1. 01

    Scope call

    30 minutes

Thirty minutes on your workflow, your deadline and what is already in place. You get a straight answer on whether we are the right studio for it.

  2. 02

    Written scope

    A few days

A written scope and a fixed quote: what is in phase one, what is not, and how long it takes. You can compare it to anyone else's.

  3. 03

    First release

    About 4 weeks

About four weeks from kickoff to a working system with your own data in it. You see progress every week, not at the end.

  4. 04

    Phases

    2 to 4 weeks each

You decide what the next release contains. We quote it in weeks and ship it in batches of two to four weeks.

  5. 05

    Handover

    1 week

The repository, the accounts, a written handover and a support window. You own the code whether we keep working together or not.

Questions companies ask us

Before you write to us

How long does it take?
Most first releases land about four weeks after kickoff. That is a working system with your own data in it, not a demo. Anything bigger ships in phases of two to four weeks after that, and you decide what goes in each one.
Who actually writes the code?
Mohamed Farid, who leads the studio, writes it himself. You talk to the engineer building your system, not an account manager. If a project needs more hands than that, we tell you before we quote it.
Can you build it in Arabic?
Yes. Bilingual English and Arabic interfaces with proper right-to-left layout, and bilingual documents. The Delta Solutions panel runs in both languages, and our founder has shipped product surfaces in 11+ locales including right-to-left ones.
What happens after launch?
You get the repository, a written handover and a support window. After that, most clients keep going in phases: a batch of work agreed up front, quoted in weeks. Nothing is on a subscription you cannot leave.
How do we start?
Send a few lines about the problem by form, email or WhatsApp. We reply within one working day and suggest a thirty-minute call. After that call you get a written scope, and you are free to take it anywhere.
